Is the Governor’s Hawai‘i pretravel program for COVID-19 a good idea?

A. Yes, a valid negative virus test is enough to safeguard the islands and reopen to travel.
B. I don’t believe it’ll stop the virus from coming to Hawaii, but we need visitor dollars, so let’s do it.
C. No, the plan is inadequate and dangerous and should be abandoned completely.
