The Kaua‘i Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing female visitor. Kaili Marie Hutchins, 38, of California, was reported missing on Wednesday, June 21. Hutchins went on a walk at approximately 8 a.m. in the Papalina Road area in Kalaheo, but failed to return home.
