‘Six Days, Seven Nights’ is a light-hearted romp

Perusing through the books at the thrift store and came across a classic: “Charlotte’s Web,” by E.B. White, published in 1952. It was a 60th anniversary edition, very nice, so I paid a few dollars with the thought I would send it to my 5-year-old granddaughter, Hadley, who unlike her grandfather is extremely bright and smart.
