Wallace Sugimura
Wallace Masao Sugimura of Lawai passed away on July 25, 2013 at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at the age of 81. He is born on April 24, 1932 in Lihue, Kauai. He was a retired self-employed Contractor.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred M. Sugimura; and son, Tait J. Sugimura.
He is survived by his son, Floyd (Ruby) Sugimura of Lawai; daughters, Myra (Michael) Niau of Lawai, Terry (Richard) Woodford of Las Vegas, and Doreen (Alvin) Aquino of Lawai; brother, Richard Sugimura of Kalaheo; sisters, Elaine Sugimura and Karen Matsumoto, both of Kalaheo; ten grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, August 10, 2013 at the Garden Island Mortuary Chapel in Lawai at 9:00 am. Service starts at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Kauai Veterans Cemetery. Casual attire is suggested

Moises Burgonio Soria Sr., of Puhi passed away at home on July 23, 2013, at the age of 91. He was born in the Philippines on June 6, 1922, a Veteran of the United States Army WWII, and retired from Grove Farm Museum as a groundskeeper.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ciriaco Sr. and Vicenta; sister, Francisca Soria Alviar; brothers, Pablo, Florencio and Ciriaco Jr. of the Philippines.
He is survived by his wife, Edita Soria; seven children, Gloria (Roger) Saraos, Vicente (Gloria) Soria, Loida (Roy) Neumann, Lemuel (Elizabeth) Soria, Glenda (Elmer) Cabulisan, Eunice (Elmer) Burgonio, Moises (Tasha) Soria Jr.; 16 grandchildren, Nina Mae Saraos, Shanda Rae (Byran) Rego, Jensine, Alysha and Victoria Soria, Kelley Lou and Karl Neumann, Nicole Soria, John Mark (Kate) Soria, Harry Soria, Theodore (Alexis) Cabulisan, Ian and Kemp-Kyt “Kempee” Burgonio, Macie-Joy and Tiffanie Monique Soria, Lilet (Leonard) Villanueva; 6 great-grandchildren, Nadja Shalom Saraos, Maxine Jade, Trigg Marcus and John Matthews Soria, Amiah Malia and Enrique-Moises Soria; sisters, Leonora “Nida” Soria of California, Concordia Soria Comilang of the Philippines; special friends Marie Mendaro and Maverick Gambeng; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2013, at Lihue United Church with visitation from 8:30 a.m. and services celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Lihue Cemetery.

Susan J. Bouchard
Susan J. Bouchard of Princeville passed away at home on July 20, 2013, at the age of 60. She was born in Maine on September 30, 1952, and retired from private practice as a Clinical Psychologist in Los Angeles, California.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jon Evans.
She is survived by three nieces, Wendie Bourgoin of Wales, Maine, Kerrie Childs of Auburn, Maine and Jennifer Murray of Sandwich, Massachusetts.
