Tickets for the “Kauai’s Biggest and Best Brunch” are available for the American Culinary Federation 28th annual breakfast fundraiser.
Martina Hilldorfer, assistant professor with the Kauai Community College culinary arts program, said the brunch is prepared by the culinary arts students at the college working alongside some of the island’s finest chefs.
It is scheduled 7 to 11 a.m. Feb. 16. The menu includes eggs benedict, omelets, sausage, ham, steamed rice, hash browned potatoes, pancakes, and fruits and pastries.
Beverages include Kauai Coffee, assorted Meadow Gold juices and Kauai Springs water.
Tickets for the fundraiser, which benefits scholarships and equipment for the culinary arts students, are $15 in advance and $18 at the door. Children between 5 through 10 years old are $5, and children under the age of 5 years old are admitted free.
Tickets are available at the Kauai CC cafeteria, Mark’s Place and Contemporary Flavors Catering in Puhi, Kalaheo Coffee Co. and Cafe, the Kauai Coffee visitor center, Fish Express in Lihue, Koloa Fish Market, Pono Market and Sole-Mates in Kapaa.
