Abelina Pablo
Abelina Llacuna Pablo of Hanapepe, Kauai, passed away on Dec. 22, 2013, at Kauai Care Center at the age of 88. Born on Jan. 8, 1925, in Makaweli, she was a pantry attendant at Sheraton Kauai. Preceded in death by her husband Ajerico Sagucio Pablo.
She is survived by her sons, Marvin (Victoria) Pablo of Eleele, and Roland (Patricia) D. Pablo of Waimea; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service was held on Monday, Jan. 6, 2014.
Arrangements were handled by Garden Island Mortuary, Ltd.
Leonard Abad Jr.
Leonard “Lenny” Abad Jr. of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away on November 30, 2013, at the age of 65. Born on December 5, 1947, he retired from Horizon Lines Shipping Company.
He is survived by his sons, Lenny Abad and Sheldon Abad; daughter, Camie Williams; brother, Pat Duyanen and sisters, Cheryl Marquez and Gloria Esteban and 7 grandchildren.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014, at Mililani Mortuary Makai Chapel; memorial service will begin at 10 a.m. Casual attire is suggested.
Arrangements are being handled by Mililani Memorial Park and Mortuary.
