Randall Wilson, Lanakila’s dad, did the honors to introduce the Kauai seniors Tuesday and Manny Henriques said that was one of his few Kauai games he’s seen.
Lenny Rapozo said we have the John A Burns golf tournament coming back to Kauai after 30 years of not playing here. Hosted by the University of Hawaii golf team, the tournament, which was started by Turk Tokita, will play at the Wailua Golf Course from Feb. 18.
OK, we still have time to register for the Colors for Cancer, a senior project for Heidi Herr. Kevin Cadiente said track practice already started. Coach Merrill Carvalho said boys volleyball started, too, but has to wait until basketball is done.
