KAPAA — The Wailua-Kapaa Neighborhood Association will feature guest speaker Kamealoha Hanohano-Smith, director of Ke Kaiaulu O Anahola, from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22 at the Kapaa Public Library. The meeting is free.
Kaiaulu Anahola is a project of the Pacific American Foundation, based in Kaneohe, Oahu.
The organization’s mission is to increase the number of places on Kauai where traditional knowledge, ways of knowing, and expression (Hawaiian language) are relevant and meaningful in today’s economy and society.
