Rose Ramos is back on Kauai after 17 years. She’s the new development officer for the University of Hawaii Foundation at the Kauai Community College. Looks like she’ll get to do the Culinary Institute of the Pacific Gourmet Spring Gala, April 4.
Liz Hahn is getting excited about the Long Beach, Calif., fish show (she’s got some nice red half moon betta) since her butterfly half moon was flaring all over the place.
Hats off to John and Daphne McClure and their Moloaa Bay Coffee chocolate, which launched at the Kauai Community Market with the help of Ruby Ann Stiegelmeier of South Dakota (who works in the new Happiest Place). John’s gotta go plant more trees now.
