LIHUE — An Anahola man agreed to a 20-month minimum jail term after pleading guilty to theft and assault charges Monday in 5th Circuit Court.
Nolan Keola-Kaleimamahu, 27, appeared in custody with court-appointed defense attorney Warren Perry.
Keola-Kaleimamahu pleaded to thefts of multiple items from a victim after Dec. 31, 2013.
With the court accepting the change of plea agreement, Keola-Kaleimamahu stands convicted of felony second-degree theft, and misdemeanor second-degree assault of a law enforcement officer. His sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 21.
Keola-Kaleimamahu received probation for theft and harassment charges in 2010.
He got 90 days in jail in 2011 for obstructing government operations and assault against a law enforcement officer felony probation. He was sentenced to one year jail in 2012 for a bail jumping, escape and theft conviction.
