Happy birthday to Melody Pascual who had a party at the Samuel Mahelona Memorial Hospital Friday! She even came out with the rest of the residents to help make lei for the Mother’s Day luncheon.
Kudos to Bill Fernandez, Donna Stewart, Phyllis Kunimura and all (!!!) the Kauai Historical Society (Chris Mryval was doing the survey) on a great 100th anniversary celebration Saturday.
Sandi Kato-Klutke was at the Charity Walk Countdown (Stephanie Reid said the party is in full swing) and left early to do her vegetable ikebana for the KHS anniversary. Kudos to Gerald Nakashima for pulling the countdown together – we’ll see everyone Saturday bright and early at the Historic County Building for the actual walk.
