Crossroads Christian Fellowship is hosting a free three-day discipleship conference from DOWNLINE Ministries.
“DOWNLINE is a ministry focused on encouraging a restoration of Biblical discipleship in and through the local church by strategically partnering with church leadership to equip men and women to make disciples in their home, church and community for the glory of God and exaltation of Christ among the nations,” a press release stated.
Featured speakers at this event are Pepper Horn and Matt Wukasch. Horn is the assistant global director of DL. Wukasch is a retired FedEx pilot.
This conference will include such topics as “The Great Commission,” “Jesus’ Plan for Making Disciples,” and “Profiles of a Disciple.”
“Anyone who has a heart for helping others to grow in their walk with Christ will enjoy and be encouraged as well as educated by this conference,” the release said.
The conference schedule is Friday, Sept. 19, 6-9 p.m.; Saturday, Sept. 20, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 7 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.; Sunday, Sept. 21, 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
