“When I first hit the shot, I was afraid it was going into the sand trap. But it just cleared the bunker and then rolled right in,” he said. “I couldn’t believe my eyes.”
Chuck Wallace, of California, shot a hole in one on the 16th hole of the course at the Kiahuna Golf Club. The 52-year-old used an 8-iron to shoot the ball 126 yards into the cup.
