Luau to celebrate Kapaa HS football championships pending

The public is welcome to attend a meeting to plan the luau celebrating Kapaa High School’s 2014 junior varsity and varsity football championships. The meeting begins 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28 at the school’s JROTC room.
