Catholic Charities Hawaii has named Charlene Robles as Neighbor Island Community administrator. As a member of the senior management team, she will be responsible for working with the organization’s Neighbor Island Community Directors to increase Catholic Charities Hawaii’s presence and impact statewide.
Prior to joining Catholic Charities Hawaii, Robles held a variety of positions with Easter Seals Hawaii over the span of 10 years. Most recently, she was the director of Early Intervention, managing operations and contracts for six programs across Oahu, Kauai and Hawaii Island.
Before that, she served as a Quality Assurance Specialist with the Department of Health – Early Intervention Section.
Robles is a licensed speech-language pathologist and is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and Hawaii Speech and Hearing Association. She received an MBA from Hawaii Pacific University, and a Master of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
