Matilde Adams
Matilde D. Adams died on November 30, 2014 at Garden Isle Health Care at the age of 93. Born to Felix and Lucia Damasco on June 3, 1921, in Santiago Ilocos Sur, Philippines, she was the owner of Matilda’s Coffee Shop and a boutique, as well a sunshine market vendor.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Gregorio Pajarillo; and three brothers, Jose, Gregorio, and Modesto.
She is survived by her four children, Teresita (Thomas A.) Okimoto, Romeo (Pamela) Pajarillo, Irene (Michael) King, Estrellita Pajarillo; sister, Purification; 9 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at Garden Island Mortuary Chapel in Lawai. Visitation will be at 9AM, services at 10:30AM and burial to follow after at the Hanapepe Public Cemetery. The family suggest aloha attire and are open to flowers.

Lorraine K. Togioka of Kekaha, Kauai, Hawaii, passed away on November 23, 2014 at the age of 90. Born on March 11, 1924 in Waimea, Kauai, Hawaii, she was sole proprietor of West Side Sporting Goods and Plant Shop.
Preceded in death by her husband, Kiyoshi Togioka.
She is survived by her daughters, Karen Foruria, Seattle, Washington, Lanice (Frank) Pullano, Kalaheo, Kauai, Jo Ann Togioka Seattle, Washington, son, Nelson (Catherine) Togioka, Waimea, Kauai, 6 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, sister, Gladys (Joshua) Akana, Honolulu, Oahu, brother, Stanley (Bertha) Ching, Wailuku, Maui.
A Private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Manuel “Sonny” Moniz Jr. of Kalaheo, Kauai, Hawaii, Passed away at Garden Island Healthcare on November 25, 2014 at the age of 75. Born on October 2, 1939 in Kaumakani, Kauai. He was a heavy equipment operator for Mc Bryde Sugar Co.
Preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Beatrice Moniz, daughter, Wendy Moniz, sister, Beatrice Andrade, brother, Bernard Moniz.
He is survived by his wife, Elodie Moniz, Kalaheo, daughters, Kellene (Kaleo) Collier, Hanapepe, Lorene (Alex) Tupuola, Eleele, 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Brothers, Ernest Roy (Brenda) Moniz, Kaumakani, Raymond (Lolita) Moniz, Eleele, numerous nieces, nephews, Aunt, cousins and friends.
A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday December 13, 2014 at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Kalaheo. Visitation 9am – 10:45 am, Mass to be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. Inurnment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery. Family suggest casual attire.
