Chef Jean Marie Josselin and Dante Camara took advantage of a break in the Kauai Culinary Market to check out the newest Martin & MacArthur store Wednesday.
Ada and Ari Koene have more guests, Tammy Henne of Union Gap, Washington, and her daughter Tara Henne (she had an Elvrine Chow haku because Elvrine said she was a princess) of Salt Lake City, Utah, in town for the holidays.
Chris Spinosa of Hula Baby Biscotti and Ko Bakery (they’re one of the sponsors for the Holiday Market and Craft Fair, Dec. 13) did his usual fine job of making Orange Cranberry Thumbprint Cookies highlighting the Monkeypod Jam (Aletha Thomas was busy!) Orange Cranberry Sauce.
