LIHUE — A photo booth and outdoor seating area are some of the features of Kalapaki Joe’s at the Kukui Grove Center scheduled to have its grand opening at 6 p.m. Saturday.
“So many hours of hard work made this new location possible,” said Jody Valente, owner of Kalapaki Joe’s.
Surfer and MMA fighter Dustin Barca and pro surfer Sunny Garcia will host the opening. David Kawika “Buttas” DeFries will add to the entertainment lineup.
“After a long anticipated wait, we are very excited to welcome our newest addition, Kalapaki Joe’s,” said Wade Lord, the Kukui Grove general manager.
Kalapaki Joe’s has other locations in Lihue, Poipu and Waimea.
