If you get this early enough, Scott Nonaka (he was at the Thursday softball game) said the Kiwanis International breakfast (is it French toast?) is this morning at the Elsie Wilcox Elementary School (good luck to Cory Nakamura on Oahu)

Then, you can go check out Makalii Thronas and the Prince Kuhio craft fair and cultural demonstrations at the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort and Spa.
Patria Baradi Pacis and her husband Camilo Pacis from New York have been coming here for the past 10 years and finally got to see the Prince Kuhio protocol Wednesday at the Marriott’s Waiohai Beach Club — kudos to Troy Lazaro, Christina Gabriel and the Waiohai ohana on a great job!
Anake Janet Kahalekomo will have her ohana there (Ronson Sahut doesn’t have to work), and Ina Lejins (she’s an innkeeper in training) said she wants to learn some of the Hawaiian crafts like making kapa.
And it’s more than crafts because Haunani Kaui will be there with her 12-string guitar along with Joanne Parongao and the Tsunami Taiko (I wonder if Melia Okura will have recovered from the Waimea High School Junior ROTC Menehune Adventure Challenge — they were practicing when Trysen Kaneshige unveiled the Not Even Once Mural).
