Keiki between the ages of 3 through 13 years old looking for something to do with dad on Father’s Day are invited to the Nawiliwili Yacht Club Father’s Day Keiki Fishing Tournament on Sunday at the Nawiliwili Small Boat Harbor.
Registration takes place from 10:30 to 11 a.m. at the Nawiliwili Yacht Club with fishing to end at 12:30 p.m. and prizes awarded at 1:30 p.m.
Registration is $5 per angler and includes a hot dog and soda.
Fishermen are asked to bring their own bucket, pole and bait. Fishing gear is not available at the site.
“This is one of the most wonderful events we do as a club,” said Bonnie Tiffany, tournament chair. “This is our time to give back to the community and have a fun day with fathers, children, and the entire family.”
Tiffany said people wanting to donate a prize can drop it off at the NYC clubhouse on Thursdays following the races, or call 651-5103.
