LIHUE — First Hawaiian Bank’s 41st annual Kauai County Business Outlook Forum, presented by the Kauai Chamber of Commerce, is set for Thursday at Kauai Beach Resort.
Dr. Jack Suyderhoud, professor of business economics at Shidler College of Business, University of Hawaii at Manoa, will present his 2016 economic forecast for Kauai County and the state. Suyderhoud met with several Kauai leaders from various industries earlier this year to collect information for his report.
Dr. Ken Miller, chief investment strategist and director of investment services, First Hawaiian Bank, will present his “2016 Economic Forecast for the U.S. and Global Economies and a Market Analysis.”
Registration is at 11 a.m. with lunch at 11:30 a.m., followed by the program.
Tickets are $50 for chamber members and $60 for non-members.
