The office of U.S. Senator Brian Schatz (D-Hawaii) continues to accept applications for the annual Schatz Seniors High School Internship Program. Now in its third year, the Schatz Seniors program provides a hands-on learning opportunity about the U.S. Senate, creates a forum for students to share issues and information with the senator and his staff, and encourages students to be leaders and advocates in their schools and communities.
“We have interns across the state who are engaged in their communities, and I look forward to working with them every year,” Schatz said.
The application is available at www.schatz.senate.gov and must be completed no later than Friday.
