Leah Aiwohi of Kauai High School had her students (they were a hit with Santa!) working video and stills Thursday night during the Kauai Chamber of Commerce third quarter meeting at the Sheraton Kauai Resort. June Cappiello was excited about the sixth annual Jazz and Wine Festival at the Westin Princeville that took place Saturday. She said last year they raised $18,000 for the Kauai Lifeguard Association through the silent auction and wants to surpass that this year.
Kevin Matsunaga couldn’t work his cameras because Marissa Purcell pressed him into service as a race official (he had the turn that normally Fred Sasan handles) Saturday during the KIF cross country meet.
