Galen Haneda of HMSA was one of the many people Bev Brody said got up at 4 a.m. Friday to make it to the launch of the Get Fit Kauai Worksite Wellness Challenge.
Tracy Campbell of the G.N. Wilcox Memorial Hospital was giving away a yoga mat and Patti Ornellas of the American Cancer Society said they were getting ready for Family Bingo Night.
Kelly Hines of Hokuala is getting excited about the KIF golf season and said they’ll be having a “field trip” during the Burns Golf Tournament (maybe they’ll have an opportunity to watch former Kapaa golfer Bryden Salvador and former Kauai golfer Pono Tokioka, who plays for Ronn Miyashiro and the University of Hawaii at Manoa) which starts on Feb. 17 at the Wailua Golf Course.
Rudy Marilla and his Kaiser Permanente crew are excited about the opening of the Lihue Clinic Thursday (Lori Naone and Bev Brody both have trips scheduled) located in the Kukui Grove Health Center at 4366 Kukui Grove Street.
