LIHUE — The Kauai Committee on the Status of Women will host a workshop on April 26 titled “Make Your Own Way” from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the YWCA of Kauai’s Women Center.
Savita Kumar, a master coach and board certified holistic health practitioner, will lead the session.
“This workshop is designed to provide women with the tools they need to reduce the anxiety in their lives, and to live a stress-free life,” said Kumar.
Kumar is a former member of the Committee on the Status of Women and the Kauai Fire Commission and currently sits on the Kaua‘i Police Commission. She is committed to helping women take charge of their lives and share their unique strengths with their families and communities.
