LIHUE — The Kauai Police Department requests the public’s help in locating a missing Kapaa man.
Napoleon M. Ray was last seen on Wednesday, April 6 at his Kapa‘a home. The 54-year-old man has not returned home or made contact with his family since.
Ray is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs between 200 and 240 pounds. He has brown and white hair and brown eyes.
Ray is of Caucasian descent, has a large build, and a fair complexion. He has a four-inch scar near his right shoulder and is known to wear cargo shorts and dark-colored shirts.
Ray drives a gray 1999 Toyota Camry four-door sedan, bearing the Hawaii license plate JCA 195.
He may have recently camped at ‘Anini Beach Park or traveled to Kokee.
