HONOLULU — Three professional advisers were recognized for their commitment to making Hawai‘i a better place by supporting Hawaii Community Foundation’s mission to amplify the power of giving.
The “Outstanding Professional Advisor in Philanthropy Award” recognizes professional advisors who incorporate philanthropy in their everyday work and lives. HCF works closes with professional advisors, including estate planning attorneys, accountants, and financial consultants, to help their clients fulfill their philanthropic goals.
In its fourth year, the Outstanding Professional Advisor in Philanthropy Award honored:

w Louise Ing, director at Alston Hunt Floyd & Ing
w Brian Iwata, CPA at Taketa, Iwata, Hara & Associates LLC
The honorees were recognized at a reception and were given a grant award for them to give to a charity of their choice.
