Noel said Asher Daniel Stewart was born 7 pounds, 3 ounces, on Jan. 1 with the help of a midwife from Hula Moon Women’s Health on Jan. 1 at 5 a.m. He is the fourth child of Nicole and Robert.

Barbara Green, president of the Kauai Filipino Women’s Club, said she designed the terno for Topaz Fernandez during Fernandez’s reign as Miss Hawaii Filipina.
