Sarah Tochiki and Kevin Toma directed the musical groups that provided entertainment for diners under the big tent that provided relief from the chilly north winds.
The KCC Nursing Club manned both the Zero Waste Kauai opala stations and the first aid station that included the offering of free blood pressure checks.
KCC culinary arts students received nearly $10,000 in scholarships due to the generosity of Hawaii Gas, the Watase scholarship, the Gondring scholarship, the Fries scholarship, the Rotary Club of Poipu, the Hawaii Lodging and Tourism Association, and the American Culinary Federation.
