Chevy Youth Baseball Instructional Clinic, presented by the Chevy dealers in Hawaii, is coming to the Lihue County Park main diamond from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. July 19.
The free clinic with the Major League Baseball Players Alumni is open to boys and girls between the ages of 6 through 14 years old of all baseball skill levels. Registration is required because the clinic is limited to the first 200 players and starts at 9 a.m. Forms are available at baseball.youthsportsclinics.com.
Participants should wear athletic apparel to the clinic. They also need their own glove, water bottle, and bat, if available. Cleats are not allowed. Tennis shoes are acceptable.
Family members are welcome. It is recommended they bring a cooler with refreshments because concessions may not be available. A post-clinic snack will be provided for participants.
