Income limits set for new Koloa housing

To qualify for Koa’e, applicants are required to have a household income that doesn’t exceed 60 percent of Kauai’s Area Median Income.

• For a household of one, the limit is $35,880.

• For a household of two, the limit is $40,980.

• For a household of three, the limit is $46,080.

• For a household of four, the limit is $51,180.

• For a household of five, the limit is $55,320.

• For a household of six, the limit is $59,400.

• For a household of seven, the limit is $63,480.

• For a household of eight, the limit is $67,560.
