Annette Mae Miller of Kapaa passed away in Wilcox Memorial Hospital on Sept. 5, 2017, at the age of 75. She was born in Ohio on July 4, 1942, and was previously employed at Wilcox Memorial Hospital Emergency Room Admitting office.
Preceded in death by her parents, Ivan and Kathlyn Pursley.
Annette is survived by her husband, James “Jim” L. Miller of Kapaa; sons, James (Esther) Miller of Kapaa, Ivan (Joy) Miller of Lihue; daughter, Shannon (Sid) Francisco of Kapaa; 4 grandchildren; brother, Jerry Pursley of Australia; sister, Marleen (Greg) Lampe of Arizona; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Private services were held.
Kauai Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home assisted the Miller family with arrangements.
