Brad Ka‘ali‘i Almeida
Brad Ka‘ali‘i Almeida passed away on Nov. 13, 2017, at home at the age of 37. He was born on Nov. 17, 1979.
He was preceded in death by stepdad, Clyde Yamamoto; grandparents, Alice and Benedict Iida, Alfred and Eleanor Almeida and Uncle Ronald Iida.
He is survived by his parents, Jocelyn Iida-Yamamoto and Dennis (Barbara) Almeida; two sisters, Yvette (Dan) Togikawa and Raquel Alemida; three nieces, Leiala Tokigawa, Shylah-Ann Almeida-Kaohi and Tarah-Leigh Almeida; four nephews, Travis (Sarah) Visitacion, Kainalu Almeida-Kaohi, Keani Tokigawa and Kaimana Kaohi along with numerous aunties, uncles and many friends.
Services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 2, 2017, with visitation at 9 a.m. and Mass to follow at Borthwick Mortuary.
Arrangements were handled by Borthwick Mortuary with a private final resting place to be determined at a later date.
The family requests casual attire.
Raymond Caspillo
Raymond Caspillo, 78, of Honolulu, Hawaii, died in Honolulu on Nov. 11, 2017. He was born in Kapaa, Kauai.
He leaves behind wife, Carol Hosino-Caspillo; children, Daphne, Carrae’, Joslyne, Devin, Jon Paul and eight grandchildren.
Visitation will be at 9:30 a.m. and services at 11 a.m. on Dec. 9, 2017, at Our Lady of the Mount, Monte Street. Burial will be 3:30 p.m. at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park. Mililani Memorial Mortuary did the cremation. Valley of the Temples is helping with the burial.
Janet Kikue Yaguchi
Janet Kikue Yaguchi, 101, of Lihue, Kauai, passed away on Sept. 1, 2017, at her home in Lihue. She was born on March 20, 1916, in Koloa, Kauai.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hideo “Pop” Yaguchi; son, Wayne Yaguchi; and parents, Zenkichi (Oichi) Tanimoto.
She is survived by her sons, Clifton (Jeanne) Yaguchi of Pearl City, Paul Yaguchi of Koloa; daughters, Judy (David) Gitt of Nebraska, Wendy (Ainsley) Waiwaiole of Lihue; daughter-in-law, Edna Yaguchi of Honolulu; 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; and sisters, Dorothy Higuchi of Lihue and Iris (John) Spade of Colorado.
Private services. No koden or no flowers.

Edward Abreu Jr.
Edward Abreu Jr., 80, of Lihue, Kauai, passed away at his home in Lihue, Kauai, on Nov. 16, 2017. He was born on March 13, 1937, in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was a retired Parts Manager with Caterpillar Dealership.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Adele Abreu, Sr.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Abreu of Lihue; daughter, Julie Jimenez; two grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, Dec. 2, 2017, at Anahola Baptist Church from 10 a.m. and services will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m.

Bernice Medeiros Rosa
Bernice Medeiros Rosa, 85, of Hanamaulu, Kauai, passed away on Nov. 9, 2017, at her home in Hanamaulu, Kauai. She was born on Oct. 6, 1932, in Lihue, Kauai. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Cozy Medeiros; husband, Manuel Bernard Rosa; and son, Elliott Rosa.
She is survived by her daughters, Darlene (Robert) Pires, Diana Rosa; sons, Douglas Rosa, Russell Rosa; brother, Gilbert Medeiros; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2017, at Immaculate Conception Church from 8 to 9:45 a.m. where Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Immaculate Conception Church Cemetery.

Robert Anthony Bukoski, 65, of Koloa, Kauai, passed away on Nov. 21, 2017, at Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born on July 27, 1952, in Lihue, Kauai. He was a mechanic.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Antone and Flora L. Bukoski, Jr.; brother, Patrick M. Bukoski; son, Ryan Kainoa Bukoski; and granddaughter, Reyne Silva.
He is survived by his wife, Felicia Bukoski of Koloa; sons, Robert A. “Lopaka” (Chelse Carineo) Bukoski of Lihue, Tauren Shiloh (Leanne) Bukoski of Koloa; daughters, Taryn (Sean) Silva of Kekaha, Shawndelle A. (Derek) Kurashige of Koloa; hanai daughter, Christina Jansons-Dizon of Lihue; grandchildren, Landon Bukoski, Legacy Anne Bukoski, Trevor Kawao Bukoski, Rylee Siva, Hina Lehiwa Jansons, Breyann Silva, Rhydr Silva and Brykxn Silva; brother, James Navarro of Lihue; sister, Teresa A.F.
