Gordon Hyland Cameron
Gordon Hyland Cameron, 93 years old of Princeville, Kauai passed away on Nov. 8, 2017, at his home. He was born on Sept. 4, 1924, in Boston, Massachusetts, he was a retired Arborist.
He is survived by his son, Trevor Cameron.
A graveside services will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2017, at 11 a.m. At Kauai Veterans Cemetery in Hanapepe.
Borthwick/Kauai Mortuary assisted the family with arraignments.
Mitsue Mikasa Ibara
Mitsue Mikasa Ibara, of Waimea, passed away at home on Nov. 10, 2017 at the age of 91. She was born in Lihue, Kauai on Oct. 21, 1926, and retired as a Travel Agent.
Preceded in death by her husband, Itsuo Ibara.
She is survived by her daughter, Lynn Ibara; sons, Eric (Jenny) Ibara and Wayne (Phyllis) Ibara; 4 brothers, Motomi George (Kayoko) Mikasa of Lihue, Naotoshi (Lucille) Mikasa of Lihue, Haruo John (Mary) Mikasa of Honolulu, Yoshito Henry (Faye) Mikasa of Honolulu; 2 sisters, Yukie Iwasaki of Las Vegas, Shizue Barbara (Thomas) Nakao of Oxnard, California; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family graciously declines flowers.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2017, at Makiki Christian Church with visitation from 4 p.m. and services celebrated at 5 p.m.
Kauai Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
