LIHUE — Pamela Uyeunten from the Tao Academy will lead a health and rejuvenation workshop and wellness fair this weekend at the Happiness Planting Center.
Activities start Saturday at 10 a.m. with a session on rejuvenation of the mind, followed at 11 a.m. by a blessing for muscles and bones. After a lunch break, the 1:30 p.m. session is on boosting energy and vitality.
Sunday’s activities begin at 10 a.m. with a blessing for skin hair and nails, followed at 11 a.m. with a session on inner and outer beauty. The 1:30 p.m. session is on sacred keys to health and rejuvenation, followed by the wellness fair from 3 to 8 p.m. Massages, reflexology, foot baths and more will be offered.
