Ramona Mier Nakaahiki
Ramona Mier Nakaahiki passed away on Dec. 4, 2024, at the age of 92. She was born in Kauai on Aug. 31, 1932. She was a homemaker.
Preceded in death by parents Macario and Perfectua Mier, husband James K. Nakaahiki Jr., son Radford Nakaahiki, brothers Michael Mier, Joe Mier, Sam Mier, sisters Annie Lee and Beatrice Whitney.
She survived by son James (Gail) Nakaahiki III, daughters Gweneth Cardejon, Romayne “Lani” (Tommy) Matsuyoshi, Weylene (Michael) Santos, Melanie (Chris) Okamoto, sister Caroline (Lori) Bigno, 16 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.
Friends may visit family on Saturday, Jan. 18, 2025, at The Church of Jesus Christ Latter-Day Saints, Kekaha Ward. Visitation begins at 9 a.m., followed by service at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Kekaha Hawaiian Cemetery.

Nancy Ann Farrar
Nancy Ann Farrar passed away on Dec. 1, 2024, at the age of 87. She was born in California on Feb. 9, 1937. She was a nurse.
Preceded in death by husband Ronald Farrar and daughter Karen Herndon.
She is survived by son Kevin Farrar, sisters Barbara Capener, Diane Parr, three grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
