Kahu Kerry said the sales of St. Paul’s Tomatoes (they a variation of Roma) benefit the Hawaiian Children’s Choir (the olelo Hawaii Christmas program is definitely not to be missed!). They jumped off the table when 17 bags were gone in 15 minutes.
Mel Rapozo was talking about the Aloun Farms onions being better than the Maui onions on Wednesday when the Harvest Festival Committee brought over pumpkins (all grown on Kauai’s west side) that are going to be distributed during the Kekaha festival that starts at 10 a.m. on Saturday.
The Kauai County Council recognized the Harvest Festival, and the council chambers reverberated with the powerful prayer power from the mom-daughter pair of Hiipoi Kanahele and her daughter, Hiipoi Kanahele Vakameilau (her nephew from Kapolei, Oahu, was at the Mokihana Festival).

Chantal Zarbaugh said she doesn’t have that problem because she’s picking up the entertainers, and Kelvin Moniz wanted to know where the main stage (no, Bronson Aiwohi is on another stage) was. Does this mean he doesn’t need to officiate the football game?
And what about the Matsuri that’s supposed to start from 9:15 a.m. Saturday at the Kauai War Memorial Convention Hall?
