LIHUE — Jeffrey Callejo Jr., the leader of The Kauai Line Dance Group, will present an annual fundraiser for the Kauai Veterans Center on Sept. 13-14.
LIHUE — Jeffrey Callejo Jr., the leader of The Kauai Line Dance Group, will present an annual fundraiser for the Kauai Veterans Center on Sept. 13-14.
The two-day line dance event will feature dancing and workshops led by internationally-known instructors on both days.
Tickets will be required to enter the dance events, which will be held from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sept. 13 and from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sept. 14. Tickets will be available at the door on both days.
Labelled the Hawaii Line Dance Festival, fans are reminded that on Wednesday, the Kauai Line Dance Group hosts its social dance night at Kauai Bowl in the Rice Shopping Center.
On Thursday, the Kauai Line Dance Group hosts the pre-event, set-up party that will include open dancing.
Additionally, joining the line dance event on Sept. 14, a large craft fair and food trucks will be set up on the grounds behind the Kauai Veterans Center. This is a free event from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
