LIHU‘E — The Kapa‘a and Waimea swimming pools will be reopening this week.
The Department of Parks and Recreation (DOPR) announced that both pools are scheduled to begin operating on Tuesday July, 30.
Pool operating hours are as follows:
• Sunday and Monday — closed.
• Tuesday — 10:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. open swim.
• Wednesday — 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. adult swim, 9:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. open swim.
• Thursday — 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. adult swim, 9:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. open swim.
• Friday — 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. adult swim, 9:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. open swim.
• Saturday — 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. adult swim, 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. open swim
