OK, this is rare … time to enjoy pau hana with the puppies as the Kaua‘i Beer Company partners with the Kaua‘i Humane Society to host Pint Night: Puppy Hour on Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at “the place between work and home,” states the description for the Kaua‘i Beer Company, which is dog friendly.

During Pint Night: Puppy Hour, the Kaua‘i Humane Society will have some adoptable animals on hand for people to mingle with, and the Kaua‘i Beer Company will contribute a dollar to KHS for every beer sold, and any dish valued at $6 or more … is it a good time to check out the next batch of Jerry’s rice beer?
Congratulations to Kapa‘a Middle School student Sebastian Bejar on earning first place at the Hawai‘i State Spelling Bee held on O‘ahu on Saturday!
