Gregory Dale Leach
Gregory Dale Leach, 67, of Kapa‘a, passed away at home on Jan. 13, 2024. He was born in Daneville, Illinois, on May 12, 1956, and was the owner of Beltone Hearing Aid Center over 30 years.
Preceded in death by his son Dustin Gregory Leach in 2020 and parents John and Marilyn Leach.
He is survived by his wife Lora Leach, daughter Amber Leach, sisters Lorna Crosswhite, Jennifer Davis, numerous nieces and nephews.
Private services will be held.

Patricia Leina‘ala Bader-Townsend
Patricia Leina‘ala Bader-Townsend, of Wailua, passed away on Jan. 20, 2024, at the age of 80. She was born in Honolulu, Hawai‘i, on May 14, 1943, and was the Nursing Coordinator for the American Red Cross in the state of Hawai‘i.
She was preceded in passing by husband William Townsend, parents Emil and Josephine Bader, and grandson CJ Kirifi.
Patricia is survived by daughters Avis (Michael) Cabral, Michelle (Kale Spencer) Koholua, Lisa Koholua, Windy (Stanley Vierra) Kirifi, siblings Sunny (Justine) Bader, Phyllis (Lloyd) Young, Doyne (Sue) Bader, 17 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, her ‘Ohana and Christian Fellowship Family.
A celebration of life will be announced in the future. The family is hoping to hold services in late Feb.
Victoria Badua
Victoria Badua, of Kekaha, passed away on Jan. 4, 2024, in Kekaha at the age of 89. She was born on May 27, 1934, in Mana, Kaua‘i. She was an operations scheduler for the Federal Government at PMRF.
She was preceded in death by husband Herbert Santana Banua, parents Placido and Hertrudes Tango, sisters Felisa Natividad and Magdalena Mayo.
She is survived by sons Carlos Banua, Aldino “Dino” (Denise) Banua, daughters Anna (Sonny) Balauro, Tina (Albert) Carbonel, Lisa (Dino) Pabre, ten grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, brother Antone (Irene) Tango, numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 3, 2024, at St. Theresa Church in Kekaha. Visitation begins at 8:30 a.m. followed by Mass at 10:30 a.m. The family requests casual attire and kindly omits flowers.

Jeremiah G. Nerpio, Sr.
Jeremiah G. Nerpio, Sr., of Kapa‘a, passed away on Jan. 19, 2024, at the age of 72. He was born on July 24, 1951. He was a security guard.
He was preceded in death by wife Sharon Nerpio.
He is survived by sons Jeremiah G. Nerpio, Jr., Chad Justin Nerpio (Ashley), Brandon Kawika Nerpio (Lisa), Levi Paul Nerpio (Nani), daughter Phaedra Talia Figlinski (Tim), eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A service will be held on Sunday, Feb. 4, 2024, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witness in Kekaka. Visitation begins at 2 p.m. followed by service at 3 p.m. The family requests aloha attire.
