Congratulations, Thea Elowyn Pardoe on being the recipient of the big gift basket from the Kaua‘i Veterans Memorial Hospital (Hawai‘i Health Systems Corporation Kaua‘i Regional CEO Lance Segawa was busy with the opening of the Diagnostic Laboratory Services outpatient Patient Service Center in the Kawaiola Medical Building) for being the New Year’s Baby for KVMH. Her parents are mother Kayla Pohorski and dad Trace Pardoe.
Friday is the last day of the Kaua‘i Society of Artists Small Works Big Show exhibit. The next big event takes place Feb. 9, when the Kaua‘i Quilt Guild and Nene Quilters present the Kaua‘i Quilt Show, and its popular Boutique sponsored by Vicky’s Fabrics and Discount Fabric Warehouse. Come meet the quilter on Feb. 9 during the reception from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Kaua‘i Society of Artists gallery located next to Small Fry and Bubbah’s Toy Box.
