Rosita Borje Molina
Rosita Borje Molina passed away on Dec. 11, 2023, at Wilcox Medical Center at the age of 84. She was born on Feb. 13, 1939, in Banaoanu Santa Ilocos Sur, Philippines. She was a retired housekeeper.
She was preceded in death by husband Jose Marino Molina, parents Efpanio and Adelaida Borje, brother Demetrio Borje, Aresenio Borje, Jovito Borje and sister Felina Borje.
She is survived by sons Jose Emanuel Molina (Remelyn Sante) of Las Vegas, Nevada, Michael Borje Molina of Honolulu, daughters Maria Adelina Molina Britanico (Ronald) of Manila, Philippines, Mary Rose Molina Asunio of ‘Ele‘ele, Marissa Borje Molina of Koloa, 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A service is Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2023, at New St. Raphael Catholic Church in Koloa. Visitation is from 8:30 to 10:15 a.m. followed by Mass at 10:30 a.m.
The family requests casual attire and welcomes flowers.

Ernesto G. Tomacder
Ernesto G. Tomacder passed away on Nov. 14, 2023, in Lihu‘e at the age of 91. He was born on May 10, 1932, in the Philippines. He was a kitchen utility worker.
He was preceded in death by wife Sonia Tomacder, parents Cresenciano and Juliana Tomacder, brothers Doming Tomacder, Julian Tomacder and sister Brigida (Marcos) Bustillos.
He is survived by sons Jovenciano Tomacder, Juni (Marilou) Tomacder, Ernie (Lisa) Tomacder, Esmeraldo (Resa) Tomacder, Marlon (Pua) Tomacder, daughters Marieta (Narcisco) Garcia, Alma Harrison, 28 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life is Saturday, Dec. 16, at Borthwick Kaua‘i Mortuary in Koloa. Visitation begins at 10 a.m., service at 10:45 a.m., and burial will follow at Kaua‘i Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home.

Leonides Osias Bajit
Leonides Osias Bajit, of Lihu‘e, passed away on Dec. 7, 2023, at Wilcox Medical Center at the age of 76. He was born on April 22, 1947, in Villasis Pangasinan, Philippines.
He was preceded in death by son Joel Bajit, parents Mariano and Tomasa Bajit and sister Maxima Jardin.
He is survived by wife Juliet C.Bajit of Lihu‘e, daughter Charlene B. (Harbey G.) Manglallan of Lihu‘e, three grandchildren, brother Melchor O. Bajit (Milagros Buduan) of ‘Ele‘ele, sisters Antonia O. Bajit of Kalaheo, Olivia B. (Pablo) Antolin of Kalaheo, Teresita O. Bajit of Honolulu, brother-in-law Rolando Jardin, numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A service will be held at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Kalaheo on Dec. 30, 2023. Visitation is from 9 to 10 a.m. followed by Mass at 10 a.m.

Francisco Mission
Francisco Mission, of Makaweli, passed away on Nov. 21, 2023, at Wilcox Medical Center at the age of 88. He was born on May 11, 1935, in Waimea. He was a retired field hand for Gay & Robinson and a security officer for Garden Island Security.
He was preceded in death by wife Stella Sylvia Mission, brothers Raymond Priego, Richard Mission, sisters Felicidad Jacot, Priscilla Ramos, Bernadita Priego-Hunt, Anne Chang-Reis and great-great-grandson John Keaka Bagain.
He is survived by sons Francis “Bully” Mission of ‘Ele‘ele, Clifford (Shanlyn) Mission of Kapa‘a, daughters Dawn (Rudy) Bagain of Hanapepe, Sylvia (Gerard) Lagazo of Oma‘o, Lisatte (Tony) Pajela of Puhi, 15 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren, sister Dolores Dorothy Keale of Waimea, numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A service will be held at Garden Island Mortuary in Lawa‘i on Saturday, Jan. 13, 2024. Visitation is from 9 to 11 a.m. followed by a celebration of life at 11 a.m. The family requests casual attire and welcomes flowers.
