LAHAINA, Hawai‘i — The death toll of the Lahaina Fire remained at 115 with 99 percent of the disaster area searched, the County of Maui said on Monday.
The Lahaina Fire remained at 90 percent containment with an estimated 2,170 acres burned.
The Kula Fire remained at 90 percent containment with an estimated 202 acres burned.
The Olinda Fire remained at 85 percent containment with an estimated 1,081 acres burned.
The Maui Police Department also released on Sunday the names of three more people who have been identified as victims of the Lahaina Fire. David Nuesca Jr., 59, Po‘omaikai Losano, 28, and Carolyn Ono, 73, were all from Lahaina.
A total of 43 victims have been identified and their families have been notified. Seven other victims have been identified, but their families have not been located or notified.
