Alilea Rosario finishes her La Lei project and had time to create more lei at the Kaua‘i Museum in Lihu‘e on Saturday. This non-contest lei ended up atop a grandma shopping at the Grove Farm Market with the aid of a walker.

Lyah Kama Drake, of the Kaua‘i Museum, said all of the contestants in La Lei Contest on Saturday were winners and would receive a prize from the Kaua‘i Museum for their efforts.
