LIHU‘E — The Grove Farm Sugar Plantation Museum announced two consecutive weeks of free movie nights, Saturday, Feb. 25, and Friday, March 3, both at 5:30 p.m. (movies start at sundown) at the museum at 4050 Nawiliwili Road in Lihu‘e.

“We are delighted to premier ‘Unique Views of Old Kaua‘i,’ Saturday,” said Taliaferro Jones, museum executive director. “Join us for this special evening under the stars with this film that contains interviews with former sugar plantation workers that will take you back to the olden days.”
“Westside Story of Old Kaua‘i” is the March 3 show.
Patrons are encouraged to bring their own chairs and blankets for seating.
Stew, rice, popcorn and more will be available for purchase on Feb. 25. The menu changes for the March 3 movie to include chili and rice, plus drinks and snacks.
