Senate President Kouchi to undergo hip surgery
HONOLULU — To address longstanding pain in his right hip, Senate President Ronald D. Kouchi (District 8 – Kaua‘i and Ni‘ihau) will undergo hip surgery. Recovery is expected to take at least one month.
