LIHU‘E — Kaua‘i High School took the Kaua‘i Interscholastic Federation titles for both girls and boys tennis this year.
The Red Raiders went on to capture nine of the 12 spots in the KIF tennis all-star roster in results announced earlier by the KIF.
Island School nailed the two boys singles positions with twin brothers Michael and Mark Fitzgerald, and Waimea’s top female player Kamalani Goo nailed one of the two girls singles position.
Kaua‘i High filled in the remaining girls singles spot with senior Kirra Carvalho. Red Raiders also filled the girls doubles and the boys doubles slots.
