According to a preliminary report, Bush had stabbed a 26-year-old Koloa woman and a 21-year-old ‘Ele‘ele man. Both victims were transported to Wilcox Medical Center to be treated for injuries. Both have since been released.
Bush had left the scene prior to the arrival of police, but was located in Koke‘e the following day and arrested for attempted murder in the second degree, assault in the second degree, assault in the third degree (two counts), resisting an order to stop a motor vehicle and criminal property damage.
He is currently in the KPD cellblock. His bail has been set at $100,000, police said.
