DOH case investigation and contact tracing
Due to the high volume of cases, it may take the Department of Health case investigators a few days to contact you after you’ve received a positive test. With the shortened isolation period, in some instances case investigators will not be able to reach you before the end of your isolation period. Even if you don’t receive a call from DOH, you should act immediately when you learn you are positive.
If you have symptoms and cannot easily get tested, you should assume you have COVID-19 and take action: isolate at home for at least 5 days, according to DOH and CDC guidelines. Notify your close contacts, workplace, and/or school. And seek healthcare as needed.
If you test positive for COVID-19, isolate yourself at home immediately and notify your close contacts. If you are a close contact, quarantine yourself at home and get tested. For more information and guidance for COVID-19 cases and close contacts, visit hawaiicovid19.com. For information about isolation and quarantine, visit the CDC’s website at cdc.gov.

With a state with such high vaccine rate and our case counts higher than ever it tells us ONE THING. These VACCINES DO NOT WORK! If you are still brainwashed to believe that the vaccines work then shame on you for your ignorance. The vaccine is EXPERIMENTAL AT BEST. I know of several people that died after being vaccinated. Some from the experimental vaccine and some from COVID even though they were vaccinated. Any other product in the world and people would have enough common sense to say the thing doesn’t work and it’s rubbish. The highest numbers after the high vaccine rates aren’t because of some new strain that infects everyone. It’s because the vaccine doesn’t work. If you bought into the brainwashing I hope how you can see it was a dumb idea. Let me guess…now you need to get an N95 mask because your cloth face covering doesn’t work? That was common sense 101 that the cloth face coverings didn’t work. I can’t wait to see humans driving around in hazmat suits because they are so brainwashed.
Over a quarter of Kaua`i is not vaccinated.
